Engagement of ITI Trade Apprentices in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Nasik
Under the Apprentices Act, 1961
Applications are invited from Citizens of India for undergoing Apprenticeship Training at Hindustan Aeronautics limited, Nasik Division for the year2021-22for a period of oneyear asan Apprentice Trainee as per the details given below:
Eligibility for EX-ITI Trade Apprentice:The candidates must be ITI passed from the respective trades and must be recognized by NCVT.
Stipend
Stipend will be per the Apprentices Act 1961 and shall be paid monthly.
Reservations
The reservation for engagement of Apprentices will be admissible as per The Apprenticeship Act1961.
Note:1) PWD –Persons with Disability. The percentage of disability should not be less than 40%
2) XSM – Ex-Servicemen, their children and children of Armed Forces personnel which includes :
i) Children of deceased/disabled Ex-servicemen including those killed/disabled during peace time
ii) Children of Ex Servicemen iii) Children of Serving Jawans iv) Children of Serving Officers v) Ex-Servicemen
EWS (Economically Weaker Section) Reservations:
The benefit of reservation under EWS can be availed upon production of an ‘Income and Asset Certificate’ issued by a Competent Authority. The income and Asset Certificate issued by any one of the following authorities in the prescribed format shall only be accepted as proof of candidate’s claim as belonging to EWS:
I. District Magistrate / Additional District Magistrate / Collector / Deputy Commissioner / Additional Deputy Commissioner / 1st Class Stipendiary Magistrate / Sub Divisional Magistrate
/ Taluka Magistrate / Executive Magistrate / extra Assistant Commissioner
II. Chief Presidency Magistrate / Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate / Presidency Magistrate
III. Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar and
IV. Sub-Divisional Officer or the area where the candidate and / or his family normally resides.
Note: The appointment in EWS category is provisional and is subject to the income and asset certificate being verified through the proper channels and if the verification reveals that the claim to belong to EWS is fake / false the training will be terminated forthwith assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of fake / false certificate.
How to Apply
Interested and eligible candidates who meet the notified criteria should follow the following procedure.

STEP2: Search and Apply for HAL-Nasik on apprenticeship portal www.apprenticeshipindia.org. Please see the details in Annexure 1
STEP 3 Application Submission Process

• Enter the data as required in the application form and submit it.
• A message of successful application will come after submitting and auto-mail containing responses will be sent to your email id. Your application is successful now.
Important Instructions:
1. Before applying, the candidates should satisfy themselves regarding eligibility criteria. The candidates should also ensure that the particulars furnished by him/her in the application are correct in all respect. In case any discrepancy is detected during the engagement process/ apprenticeship training or if found, he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material facts, his/her candidature will be cancelled/terminated at any stage.
2. Candidate have to register on www.apprenticeshipindia.org portal.
3. Candidates have to enter their NAME as appears in SSC Certificate. HAL reserves right to alter the allocation of quota for trades any time during the process of engagement.
4. It is mandatory to upload SSC Marks Certificate, ITI Marks certificate (all semesters),Aadhar
card number, Photograph and signature of the candidate in the portal www.apprenticeshipindia.org
5. Candidates should enter a valid email id and contact mobile number in the web portal. Also ITI Certificate number, Aadhaar card number, Date of Birth, Category,Council and Trade details. However, the company shall not be responsible for any application being rejected or candidate not shortlisted due to incorrect data.
6. Candidates who have passed Apprenticeship under Centre of Excellence (COE) scheme need not apply.
7. Web portal www.apprenticeshipindia.org is operated by DGT, Government of India. For enquiries regarding the issues related with web portal, the candidates are requested to contact help line numbers mentioned in the web portal. Correspondence with respect to functionality of portal will not be entertained by HAL.
8. Merit list of the selected candidates will be hosted online on the website of the company
‘www.hal-india.co.in’ Candidates are requested to visit the website for the same.
9. The selected candidates should be in a position to join the establishment on the prescribed date of joining. If the candidate does not report latest by scheduled date, it is assumed that he/she is not interested in the apprenticeship and his/her candidature will be forfeited.
10. Candidates those who have undergone Apprenticeship Training or who are undergoing similar
apprenticeship training/ or registered for Apprentice training in the respective discipline under the Apprentice Act elsewhere are not eligible.
11. OBC candidates should produce Valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate.
12. Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
13. HAL reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and /or the selection process there under.
Decision of HAL Management regarding the selection will be final. Further HAL Management
reserves the full right to fill up or otherwise any or all the notified posts depending on the availability of the candidates in any trade/discipline and also to fill up the vacancies if any.
14. The candidate has to make his/her own arrangement for accommodation & travelling for the engagement process/during Apprenticeship Training Period.

Annexure 1
STEP1: Registration on apprenticeship portal www.apprenticeshipindia.org
1.1 Go to www.apprenticeshipindia.org and click on ‘Register’
1.2 Click on ‘Candidate registration’and enter all required details i.e.Name, Father’s name, Gender, DOB, Mobile no., email-id etc. The website will ask for a profile password. Password is important for any transaction on the portal.
1.3 With the message ‘Registered successfully’, the registration is successful, but it needs to be activated. Please check your email for the activation link. Activation link will expiresafter 07 days. On successful activation an ‘A’ series number is generated. This ‘A’ series number is required for applying to an establishment.
1.5 After successful activation of your profile, login again with your username and profile
password.
1.6 Complete your profile by filling all relevant data and scan and upload documents as required.
Important Points:
• It is recommended that candidate’s profile should be 100% complete
• Aadhar number must be successfully verified.
• Bank details should be filled correctly – Savings Account should be in the name of applicant
(Jan-dhanaccount,joint account etc.are not be acceptable)
• SSC board certificate and ITI all semester mark sheet(s) and other relevant documents should be clearly visible.
STEP 2: Search and Apply for HAL-Nasik
• Visit to website www.apprenticeshipindia.org
• Enter your registered email id & password
• Click on Apprenticeship Opportunities
• Select course type: Designated
• Search course: Enter your designated TRADE name and select relevant trade
• Search location: Nashik
• Search by Establishment name: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited
• You will find opportunities against your trade
• Click on Apply.
• After this you will get message “Applied Successfully”
